This online forum is a place where we share, discuss and develop policy recommendations and funding mechanisms that work in various contexts to support more equitable, diverse, and community-led scholarly publishing internationally. We bring together national, regional and institutional policymakers together from Europe, Africa and Latin America.

At the launch of the cross-regional Diamond Open Access Policy Forum, eleven speakers shared their perspectives on national and institutional policymaking for Diamond OA across Africa, Europe, and Latin America. Read more about the launch event here.

The first meeting of the Diamond Open Access Policy Forum Europe will focus on policymaking for Diamond OA in this region, showcasing national policy and institutional policies before breaking out into groups for more discussion.

The meeting will be held in English.
