Join the second EIFL webinar on this topic to discuss experiences of optimizing journal processes and workflows. Guest speaker Tesfaye Gebeyehu from Jimma University in Ethiopia will talk about enhanced initial manuscript screening procedures for their journals, and how managing and language editors and an assistant have helped to reduce editorial bottlenecks and strengthen coordination among editors, reviewers, and authors. Also, Milica Ševkušić from the EIFL Open Access Programme, will present the EIFL guide, Editorial Workflows in Diamond Open Access Journals.
